Chetan Bhagat wrote, "Article 370 never gave Kashmiris freedom. It only created selfish leaders who created a terror filled society and robbed Kashmiri youth of opportunity. It is finally time for it to go. Anyone objects, tell them loudly: One Country, One System. #Article370 #OneCountryOneSystem"
His other tweet read, "Anyone using the removal of #Article370 as an excuse to disturb peace and instigate violence is an enemy of the state. Let the country be run peacefully. Do not do anything you will regret. #OneCountryOneSystem" In yet another tweet, he wrote, "Kashmir has cost India so much - suffering in the state, terror all over, lakhs of crores in extra defense budget, soldiers losing their lives. Meanwhile, hundreds of fancy conferences pretending to solve the issue. Time it all stops. #OneCountryOneSystem #Article370"
Chetan's other tweet read, "August 5, 2019. Kashmir is finally free. Free to grow, free to make a future. #Article370 goes. #OneCountryOneSystem"
While Paresh Rawal took to his Twitter handle and posted a bunch of tweets, saying, "आप ने बिलकुल मेरे मनकी बात कही है ।जय हिन्द ।"

Tanuj Garg tweeted, "I wouldn't jump to laud the decision to scrap #Article370 #Article35A without understanding the pros and cons of the move. Big announcements need in-depth examination, not knee-jerk euphoria. By all means, rejoice, if there's reason to but let's understand the downside as well."
Filmmaker Kunal Kohli said, "History unfolding in front of our eyes #Article370 #Article35A #kashmir"
"The argument that the scrapping of #Article370 #Article35A is unconstitutional doesn’t hold.If at a time it was fair to apply it,It’s fair to remove it when it isn’t working. It was never meant to be permanent. Can’t get diff results doing the same thing," said Kohli.
